Charcoal and graphite drawing of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse ( a landmark of the Outer Banks in North Carolina) setting at it’s original location in Buxton, North Carolina of the Outer Banks. This Drawing was done by Debbie Adams with vine charcoal and a knead eraser. I chose this drawing because of the great use of light and dark in the sky and in the sand. She blended the charcoal very smoothly throughout the entire drawing.
