I chose this piece of art that I found off of google images. It is a work of a basketball player Dwayne Wade of the Miami Heat. I chose this piece because it is a charcoal and eraser drawing very similar to the drawing we are doing of the statue in class. This drawing has a great blend of light and dark and has a lot of strong detail. This piece was done by David Courson in 2009.
